As the longest night of the year approaches, we invite you to honour this sacred moment of stillness and reflection. Join us for a transformative session of movment, ritual, and sound immersion as we celebrate Solstice together.
What to Expect:
- Movement & Ritual led by Mara Branscombe-> Awaken your body and spirit with intentional movements and grounding rituals that connect us to the solstice energy.
- Sound Immersion led by Henrietta Devine -> Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of alchemy crystal tone singing bowls, guiding you to deep rest, renewal, and alignment.
Together, we'll reflect on the year past, set intentions for the light ahead, and align with the rhythms of nature.
Bring your own yoga mat, and a shawl or blanket, if inspired bring something for the collective altar.
