The Winter Solstice is a magical time . . . The longest night of the year is the start of the solar year and symbolizes the energetic rebirth of the Sun. It is a time for renewal and hope, as we leave the darkness behind and bring in the light of peace.

Wahe Gisela guides a powerful somatic healing experience for all levels and abilities. She creates a grounded space of warmth and coziness. A healing space through music and movement, ceremony and a deep journey with the breath.
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and bring a mat, blanket, cushion and eye pillow/covering.
The ceremony will be held at a beautiful private home and we will serve delicious small plates/tapas afterward as a way to ground and integrate.
