                    The Winter Solstice marks the first day of the Winter season, and the shortest, darkest day of the year. There is a feeling of pause associated with winter, where we search for reprieve from the cold, seeking coziness and warmth in body and soul.Join us at Anderson Yoga Center for a very special Gentle Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga class, enjoyed by the glow of candlelight, guided by studio owner, Megan Schlobohm, honoring the change of season and new themes it brings alongside. This class is perfect for all levels of practice, from first-timers to long-timers. Students will be led through gentle vinyasa movements, as well as restful Yin Yoga postures, to invite the light and warmth within to shine bright through the cold months of Winter. Students will want to dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat.
