Much of our holiday season revolves around consumerism, leading us to overlook our true feelings. And so, we escape from them.
During the Solstice, we look within ourselves. It's a time for reflection on what resides in our hearts and minds. Let's use this moment to view our darker times as chances for personal growth, self-discovery, healing old wounds, and reconnecting with our inner light.
The winter solstice marks more than just a seasonal shift; it symbolizes a "rebirth" of light as we prepare for the longer days ahead. In tune with the universe's rhythm, the Solstice offers us a sacred pause—a chance to realize the natural cycle of death and rebirth. A fresh start is on the horizon.
