Winter Solstice, or the first day of Yule is a time to celebrate the returning of light and life.
Seeking peace and light, releasing the past and embracing the beauty of the future.
This two hour celebration will include meditations, somatic movements, energy work, a light ritual, and will end with a relaxing sound bath.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, and to bring a blanket.
Your host, Meghan Aylward, is a longtime yoga practitioner, yoga teacher and yoga therapist (one of only two C-IAYT's in Thunder Bay).
Meghan is also a sound practitioner specializing in chakra crystal singing bowls and tuning forks. 'Master' level in Reiki, meditation specialist with trauma informed focus.
