A Cacao + Sound Bath, where sacred ancient ritual meets modern cellular science in a calm, heart-opening atmosphere.

Cacao is the raw, unprocessed form of chocolate and has been used in ceremonial settings for centuries as a way to connect more deeply with the body, spirit and heart. It's a delicious drink which, used with intention, ceremonial-grade cacao becomes a powerful ally for emotional clarity, relaxation & healing.

We will drink warm cacao together, then settle into a guided sound bath where you'll be surrounded by soothing sound frequencies from crystal bowls.
