Join Blair Cobb & Cyndi Barker-Kunkel to honor the natural stillness of winter as they expertly blend guided breathwork, immersive sound healing, and gentle Reiki energy work. Through intentional breathing, you’ll release what’s been weighing on you. Through sound, you’ll soften into calm and spaciousness. Through Reiki, you’ll receive subtle energetic support to help your body and mind unwind even further.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, warm layers, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. We will be enjoying the outdoors on the heated rooftop patio of Thrive Health & Wellness.
More about Blair Cobb: Blair Cobb is a certified Breathwork teacher and Reiki Master. She blends Breathwork and Reiki to help individuals release emotional blockages, regulate their nervous systems, and restore balance in body and mind.
With a passion for holistic healing, Blair creates a safe, supportive space for deep relaxation, self-discovery, and transformation. Her approach integrates conscious breathing, energy work, and mindfulness, empowering her students to cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner peace.
More about Cyndi Barker-Kunkel: Cyndi, founder of Rare Phoenix Rising Wellness, is a certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master practitioner and Sound Bath facilitator. She also leads guided meditations.
