Description: Join us for a magical evening as we celebrate the Winter Solstice with our unique Vin-to-Yin Yoga Workshop! This special event blends dynamic yang poses with calming yin postures, guiding you to find balance, engage in reflection, and embrace renewal during the longest night of the year.

What to Expect:

• Opening Circle (5:00 PM - 5:15 PM): Set your intentions in a welcoming circle, where we share our hopes for the season ahead.
• Vin-to-Yin Yoga Practice (5:15 PM - 6:00 PM): Flow through invigorating yang poses to energize your body, followed by restorative yin postures for deep relaxation and introspection.
• Cookie Bake-Off and Cacao Ceremony (6:00 PM - 6:30 PM): Bring your favorite homemade cookies to exchange and enjoy with warm cacao! Celebrate community with delicious treats.
• Surprise Gift: Every participant will receive a surprise gift, making this evening even more memorable!
• Closing Ceremony (6:30 PM - 7:00 PM): End the evening with a candlelit meditation and reflection as we honor the return of the light.
