This pool-only workshop introduces the core skills and concepts used in technical diving, with a focus on precision, awareness, and control. No overheads, no stress—just solid foundations in a controlled environment.
What we’ll focus on:

✔ Buoyancy stability under task load
✔ Propulsion techniques (frog kick, modified kicks)
✔ Team awareness and communication
✔ Long-hose air-sharing basics
