Class DetailsJoin artist/tutor Morven Ferguson for a fun, informative and relaxed day of painting winter skies in acrylic paints.
An introduction to expressive winter skies painting with acrylics, learning ways to apply acrylics with brushes, sponges and a palette knife. We will be referencing the atmospheric painting 'Approaching Storm' by Scottish artist James Morrison and looking at contemporary Scottish landscape painter Chris Bushe.
This workshop is accessible for beginners and those wanting to develop their acrylic painting techniques, learning new and expressive painting approaches.
All materials and refreshments morning and afternoon are provided and customers are welcome to bring a packed lunch for the short lunch break. Alternatively there are excellent local shops and cafes close by.
