As winter draws us inward, we invite you to step out of the noise of daily life and into the quiet support of shared stillness.
Join us for a nourishing weekend of silence, reflection, and gentle presence at Riverdell Spiritual Centre. Held across the stillness of the winter landscape, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and allow space for clarity to emerge naturally.
Through guided meditation, mindful walking, and periods of simple rest, we create a supportive environment in which the nervous system can settle and the deeper currents of life can be felt more clearly.
Silence is not an absence here.
It is a presence.
Throughout the weekend, we will gently support you with structured and optional practices, including guided meditations, a walking meditation in nature, morning yoga to awaken the body, and deeply restorative evening Yoga Nidra sessions to encourage integration and rest.
All meals are included and prepared with care, allowing you to fully relax into the experience without the need to plan or organise.
As this is a winter retreat, we will also gather around the warmth of a campfire (weather permitting), offering a simple and grounding way to close each day.
This retreat is suitable for both experienced meditators and those newer to silence who feel ready for a supported and meaningful pause.
It is an opportunity to step back from constant input and rediscover the quiet assurance that becomes available when we allow life to settle.
