In a small kingdom in medieval England, the tyrannous King Filthip has outlawed bodily hygiene, making all civilians stinky and unkempt. However, a young boy living in the stinkiest crevice of the city, Bobby, hasn’t a sense of smell, and is planning a secret revolution alongside a fired royal chef and all the residents of the king’s broken realm.
