About this Event
Through a mix of education, skill-building, and supported practice, girls learn how their brains work and develop tools to manage focus, initiation, and follow-through.
What Your Daughter Will Learn
- Brain science made simple—understanding her “busy brain”
- The Pomodoro Method and other focus techniques
- How to actually start tasks (not just think about starting them)
- Strategies she can use immediately at school and home
What Your Daughter Will Experience
- Small group support (just 8 girls)
- Supervised body doubling—working alongside others with structure
- Modeling from an adult who serves as her “external brain”
- A judgment-free space to practice new skills
