Kundalini Yoga is a simple but powerful yogic technology that combines breath, mudra, eye-focus (drishti), mantra, muscular locks (bandhas) and postures (asanas). We are eager to share the beauty of this technique with others. Based in Shropshire, our intention at Tom Shanti is to help our students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone. in addition to Kundalini Yoga we also hold gong sound baths and kirtan classes.

eternal sea gigs intertwine ancient chants with the music of more contemporary artists such as Donovan, Bob Dylan, Kate Bush, John Martyn and Leonard Cohen.
When possible we are joined on stage by percussionist supreme, Tom Shanti.

We have the wonderful Sarah Jane Luck with us at our retreat and if anything arises for you then she will be happy to talk it over with you. Sarah Jane is one of the most gentle, caring and heart centred souls we know and we are very happy to have her join us and share her wonderful gifts. Sarah Jane says:
'When we look inward and work on ourselves, as often happens when we give ourselves time during a retreat, we sometimes find that deeply held emotions and long standing pain that we have buried can come to the surface. So, during the retreat, if anyone feels that they would like to have a chat or take some time to talk through anything that has come up during the retreat, then please come and ask.
I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (Staffordshire University) currently working supporting university students with their mental health. I have a special interest in bereavement and have also work for many years with Cruse Bereavement Support one two one with clients and on their helpline. I also assist my partner Tom Shanti with Gong baths, workshops and music. We look forward to seeing you at these during the retreat and as mentioned before, please just come and find me if you are needing any support.'
