Winter Rest Yoga EveningNewburgh Village Hall

£10 (all proceeds to go to the Aberdeenshire North Foodbank*)
Join me for an evening of restful Yoga and community as we come together to find stillness during the Christmas rush and celebrate the winter solstice.
We will enjoy a relaxing yoga practice to bring rest, peace, grounding and stillness, followed by a chance to enjoy a warm drink and connect with likeminded people or take a moment to yourself to journal.

*It is estimated that 16% of young people (under 16) in Aberdeenshire live in Poverty. Any donations are greatly received to support the local foodbanks in Ellon and Peterhead. Aberdeenshire North Foodbank provided 8,650 parcels to those most in need across the region between April 2022 and March 2023.
