Come along to our second ever Winter Poetry Festival this July! ? Avondale Library is excited to host Overcomm Magazine on the last night of July from 6pm. Yes, a very special after hours event at the library, e te whānau!
Happening in seven different libraries across two weeks, come and catch amazing performances by local Tāmaki poets.
This year, each library is spotlighting a different local poetry collective, with no two groups the same. Come along and check out what they’ve got going on and afterwards, the floor will become an Open Mic and we’ll welcome anyone to read.
Free kai provided; good vibes welcomed; excellent poetry guaranteed!
