We'll meet at 10am at Dinky Dock, near Rollins College, get setup, and hit the water! This is an "out and back" paddle, through Lake Virginia, Lake Osceola, and Lake Maitland. We'll stop at the Lake Maitland dock area for bathroom breaks, then head back. We'll stop at Dog Island and Azalea Gardens for a QUICK photo op, then continue back to our launch point. This is a GREAT paddle that takes us through BEAUTIFUL Venetian canals. Please take care as pontoon tour boats also operate the area and we sometimes have to squeeze over to one side to let them by. The distance is just less than 3 miles ONE WAY, so judge your comfort level. Bathrooms are ONLY at either end, as Dog Island and Azalea Gardens DO NOT have public facilities.
