Take a mindful pause in the school holidays with a 90-minute guided session designed to help you and your daughter unwind, feel grounded, and enjoy meaningful time without distractions. This is about showing the next generation that looking after our wellbeing isnāt indulgentāitās essential.
Available in person at our tranquil Northampton studio or online, so you can join us from the comfort of home. A short prep list will be provided for virtual attendees so you can set the scene wherever you are.
