Curio Wine School: Winter Mocktails: Zero-Proof, Full-Flavor
Mocktails deserve the same care and thought as great wine or cocktails.
In this guided Curio Wine School class, guests will taste three thoughtfully crafted winter mocktails while watching each drink demonstrated step-by-step. We’ll focus on how seasonal ingredients, structure, and balance come together to create alcohol-free drinks that feel complete and intentional, in addition to delicious.
Along the way, we’ll explore:
- What makes a mocktail feel balanced
- How winter flavors like spice, citrus, herbs, tea, and bitterness work together
- Techniques you can easily recreate at home
- How to adapt these recipes for entertaining and seasonal menus
Each guest will enjoy three mocktail tastings and receive printed recipes for each drink featured.
This class is perfect for:

Curio wines classes are designed for everyone, whether you are new to the world of wine or a wine expert. We will explore and discover new aspects of wine together. Classes are held in the Curio Wine Bar’s Wine Cellar, which is accessed down a flight of stairs. Everyone attending need to be 21 and over (this also pertains to infants and children).
