Not all art hangs on a wall. Some of it has wheels, wings, and impossibly tiny details that took someone way too many hours to get just right.
Join us at the Owls Head Transportation Museum for a full day celebrating the craft of scale modeling. As part of our Winter Education Series, this event brings together builders of all ages to showcase their work and share the passion behind it.
Explore an incredible variety of scale models and meet the people who made them. From first-time builders to seasoned experts, each piece reflects a mix of creativity, engineering, and a deep appreciation for machinery. It’s where art meets mechanics in the most detailed way possible.
