- Over the course of six engaging hours, participants will explore key systems that support a high-functioning recess—such as youth leadership, equipment zones, staffing, and transitions—and learn how simple changes can yield powerful results. Through a mix of interactive activities, structured planning time, and collaborative discussion, attendees will leave with a custom action plan and practical tools to begin upgrading recess at their schools immediately.
