Justine Nd the OMBuds are excited and grateful to be coming back to Mountaingoat Yoga to raise high vibes and spread love, light and healing with the community!
Kirtan is a Bhakti Yoga practice that involves chanting powerful mantras and bhajans (spiritual songs), usually in a communal setting.
Through the vibrations produced and the emotions evoked, the mind becomes calm and the heart becomes pure.
One may experience profound healing effects and a deeper sense of connection with the Divine.
It is a practice that paves a direct path to the heart. Song books will be provided.
All are welcome, and no yoga experience is needed, so please bring your families and friends!
Cost is by donation and ALL proceeds will be directed to The Barrhaven Food Cupboard!
