Class begins with a short gentle yoga sequence, then students are guided into a supported, warm and relaxing pose. Next, Dawn guides you through a Yoga Nidra journey. The aim is to listen to Dawn’s voice, allowing the mind and body to deeply rest while the consciousness stays awake. Bonus: special self care techniques included in each session!
