We are so excited to offer a winter herbs make and take class Saturday November 23rd 1-3pm at the Mary C. Cultural Center in Ocean Springs!🍂In this special seasonal class we will make smoke bundles from foraged herbs, have a winter herbs class along with a handout, and end by creating custom tinctures with organic and foraged herbs you learn about in class.
This is a great class to learn which herbs can help support your immune and respiratory systems, help fight viruses, and warm you up during the winter months.
We will also have herbal teas and homemade herbal cookies to snack on!

🍂Sophia, from Soma Remedies, has been studying herbalism for over 8 years and was a student of Rosemary Gladstar and Lynda Baker. She's worked at PJ Farm in Saucier, MS and currently works for ABECA naturals in South Carolina
🍂Melissa, from meli’s flora, has been studying foraging and herbalism for 4 years and is a student of Chestnut School of Herbs, Wild Herb Academy and Kami McBride
Both herbalists have a passion for identifying plants and utilizing the plants to make herbal offerings for the community
