That weekend weather was the reminder we needed that winter’s officially on its way in the Rockies. Our Monday night Trail Strength crew is rolling into another 7-week training block to keep the momentum going.The winter block runs Nov 10 – Dec 22, from 6:45–7:45 PM.
Led by a Certified Exercise Physiologist, each session blends functional strength training, mobility work, and performance conditioning—tailored to the demands of mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and alpine adventures.

Cost: $220.50 (including GST)

- 1 x weekly in-person group training session in Canmore
- Individual program adaptations for your sport, or injury history
- Access to 2nd and 3rd weekly strength sessions plus recovery workouts via our training app
