Event schedule:
5:00 PM – Arrival
- Sentiré Pilates signature group Pilates session
- Break & after-session drinks (we'll preprare the room for the next session)
- Lymphatic Facial Session by the fireplace (30 min)- a gentle, rejuvenating practice that stimulates circulation, promotes lymphatic drainage, and helps refresh and lift the skin.
7:00 - Conclude
