Step into the quiet of winter and reconnect—with nature and with yourself.
This guided Forest Therapy walk is a slow, gentle, and sensory experience inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). Together, we will move mindfully through a natural setting, pausing often to notice winter’s subtle beauty—stillness, sound, breath, and presence.
This is not a hike and no prior experience is needed. The walk is designed to be accessible, reflective, and supportive, with optional invitations you may accept or decline at your own pace.
Forest Therapy has been shown to support stress reduction, emotional wellbeing, and a deeper sense of connection—especially during the quieter winter months.
Come as you are. Dress warmly. Let nature do the rest.
