Join the Harborough Collective for a spellbinding evening of music and storytelling inspired by Dickens’ much-loved tale. This year’s performance seamlessly blends words and music in an imaginative retelling of ‘A Christmas Carol’ - a journey from darkness to light, brought to life through David Le Page’s distinctive festive arrangements. The programme weaves together Vivaldi’s ‘Winter’, Corelli’s ‘Christmas Concerto’, the stunningly beautiful ‘Rowan Tree’, ‘Carol of the Bells’, ‘The Snow it Melts the Soonest’ and much more, creating a sound world where baroque, folk and cinematic influences meet to create a feast for the senses. As always, the magic is in watching the musicians interact - sharing their music with warmth, skill and genuine connection. An evening of sheer joy, reflection, atmosphere and Christmas spirit! The Harborough Collective, directed by violinist David Le Page, are delighted to be joined once again by multi award-winning harpist Eleanor Turner whose international career has featured concerto performances in London, Berlin, Shanghai, New Orleans, Sydney and Hong Kong and more.
