CEDH at Double Midnight Comics Manchester Saturday, January 3rd. Doors open at 10 AM, first match starts at 11 AM. $40 entry -Store credit prizing to the overall winner and top 4 finishers, with additional prizing to top 10 finishers if total participants exceeds 24 people.. -All participants can enjoy 5% off of all singles for the entire day as part of their entry. Players who finish in the top 4 will have this increased to 15% off, applying to singles purchased after the event ends. -Competitive Commander (bracket 5 decks) -Swiss rounds of 3-4 player pods -Games will have an 80-minute timer. After the 80 minutes, there will be 20 minutes for the active player to finish their current turn. If there is no winner at the end of active player’s turn or 20 minutes (whichever comes first), the game will end in a Draw. -5 points for game win, 1 point for Draw -Players are allowed up to 10 proxies from the following list: https://moxfield.com/decks/thlCFA4Ik0Ch1iBQzhtEGg -Gold bordered cards are legal and do not count towards the 10 proxy limit. -Proxies may not use art associated with a different Magic card. -Proxies must contain either the rules text of a card as it has been printed on a legal version of said card OR current oracle rules text. -Proxies must differ from original printings in a way that distinguishes the card as a proxy and not a counterfeit card.
