Grab your binoculars and join us for a guided birding walk with Great Hollow ornithologist, Dr. Sarah Deckel. We'll learn how to identify winter birds and talk about some of the unique adaptations that allow them to survive the cold. Our day will begin with a short introductory slideshow and homemade seed cake activity before heading outdoors. We’ll return indoors for light refreshments and an opportunity for additional Q&As. This program is part of our Wonders of the Woods series for adults and is free for members or a suggested donation of $5 for non-members. To register, please email our Education Director, Tara at [email protected]
