QHHT, developed by Dolores Cannon, is a form of past life regression and Higher Self connection that supports deep insight, clarity, and inner healing. Many people seek QHHT when they feel stuck in repeating patterns, unresolved emotional or physical issues, or a sense that something deeper is asking to be understood.
Sessions are one-on-one, in person, and by appointment only, held in a private office setting. A full session typically lasts 3.5 to 5.5 hours, allowing for unhurried exploration, integration, and focused attention. This is not a group experience or a workshop.
Dr. Kay is a Level 2 certified QHHT master practitioner, trained through the Dolores Cannon organization, and ranked among a small number of advanced practitioners internationally. She works with individuals seeking a grounded, ethical, and professional approach to consciousness exploration.
A reduced winter rate of $297 is available through the end of March. Both weekday and weekend appointments are offered during this seasonal window.
