Winter 2024 Quarterly Meeting/Holiday Party
Join us in celebrating another successful year of well-applied Building Science. This quarterly meeting will feature a presentation on LaMora Senior living in Yonkers where we will dive deep into the execution of a fully modular passive building.
LaMora Senior living is a 60 unit Phius-certified building that was recently completed in Yonkers. The building is completely modular which presents unique challenges in the design, construction and quality assurance process of such a large building. Hear the successes and lessons learned from the design team themselves.
