About this Event
On Tuesday November 4th, the Sustainable Living Series from the Women in Sustainability Network (WINS) will feature an evening wine tasting at Gaucho Picadilly with Dr. Adrianna Catena, a fourth-generation vintner at Catena Zapata wines. Founded in 1902, Argentina’s Bodega Catena Zapata is known for its pioneering role in resurrecting Malbec and in discovering extreme high altitude terroirs in the Andean foothills of Mendoza. Our evening will spotlight Adrianna's career in the wine industry and how Catena Zapata has become an industry pioneer in sustainability.
Catena Zapata Wine Selection:
Marchigiana Criolla, 2020
Alta Chardonnay, 2022
Malbec Argentino, 2022
The wines will be paired with heavy hors d'oeuvres throughout the evening. Vegetarian, seafood, and steak options will all be provided (as well as vegan and gluten free by request - please note any dietary restrictions at check out).
Please arrive between 6:15-6:30pm for a prompt 6:30pm start, thank you!
