Join Shell & Anton in their home Yoga studio in St Vital for a live musical meditation experience using the repetition of Yoga Mantras to help uplift and calm the mind. Shell & Anton have been living Yoga for a combined 35 years with a special love for the practice of Kirtan. Their first pilgrimage to India strengthened their resolve to provide Kirtan to their community and they have been offering it since 2017 throughout the Yoga community. Through the guidance of their beloved teacher and Guru, they have been encouraged to share the beauty of the live musical mantra call and response chanting which helps to focus the mind and fuel the heart.
No experience necessary.
Bring a water bottle and your favourite meditation cushion. There will be some chairs available for those who aren't comfortable sitting on the floor.
