James “Agbara” Bryson is CEO/Founder of New Millennium Institute. He is an award-winning educator, author, speaker, and national trainer. He provides training for ELITE re-entry program, and Illinois Central College's Workforce Development Initiative. He founded the Life Skills and Job Readiness Bootcamp, plus Illinois Central College’s, Harvesting Dreams African American Male Retention Program. He is also an inductee of Peoria’s African American Hall of Fame and the founder of the Annie Malone Center for Development and the Community Mental Health Educators. Mr. Bryson's New Millennium is a think tank that focuses on education, diversity, workforce development and healthy lifestyle events and training. His specialty is helping organizations to understand the dynamics of self-handicapping behavior and its impact on personal, academic and organizational success.
