Bill Gaylord, Regional VP / Mortgage Expert with CrossCountry Mortgage, is a seasoned mortgage and real estate professional with 32+ years of experience in lending and 7 years as a commercial real estate appraiser.
He has worked alongside top agents in every kind of market and brings unique insights into what makes buyers act fast and sellers feel confident.
Bill has held numerous leadership roles, including previous ownership and senior management at one of the nation’s largest private mortgage banking firms prior to the 2007 financial crisis. He has personally bought and sold over 25 homes - including personal residences, second homes, and investment properties - and has also managed joint ventures with home builders.
Today, his favorite role is being a “boots on the ground” originator, educating consumers on financing and helping them achieve wealth through homeownership.
