Bestselling author Minda Harts, renowned for her acclaimed must-reads for professional Black women, The Memo, Right Within, and You Are More Than Magic, will take center stage in a live discussion moderated by Bounce Black founder Nikki Adebiyi. Together, they will delve into the transformative themes of Minda's book Right Within: How to Heal From Racial Trauma in the Workplace, exploring how Black women can excel in their careers while safeguarding their well-being in the face of obstacles.
