- Key steps to prepare before bidding on government and prime contracts
- How the bidding process works and what makes a strong proposal
- What to do after winning a contract to ensure long-term success
- Insights from prime contractors on their selection process and how to stand out
Right after the workshop, we will host speed mentoring sessions with primer contractors from the construction industry and goverment procurement officers for small and minority owned businesses. Connect with government procurement agents and prime contractors who work directly with small businesses on government and private contracts and ask for their insights to get these contracts. You’ll get a chance to hear firsthand what they look for in subcontractors, how to build lasting relationships, and what sets successful bids apart.
This is a unique opportunity to ask questions and gain insights directly from those making contracting decisions at some of the region’s most active construction firms.
