🌿✨ Wings of Kindness – Helping Children Grow Love & Compassion and Transform Jealousy ✨🌿A Chakradance™ Kids Workshop for 3–5 Year Olds
Jealousy is a big feeling for little hearts. When a child feels left out, overlooked, or like love has to be shared, it can be overwhelming. This themed Chakradance Kids workshop for 3–5 year olds gently helps children explore these emotions in a safe, creative, and empowering way.
Through dance, movement, story, art, and mindfulness, children will journey with Willow the Winged One, who struggles when her baby brother arrives and she suddenly feels less special. Willow’s bright green wings begin to fade… until she learns an important lesson about jealousy, kindness, and the power of love and compassion.
💚 A balanced Heart Chakra allows children to:
Feel love and acceptance for themselves and others
Be generous, kind, and inclusive
Speak and act with empathy and compassion
Build healthy, connected friendships
💔 When the Heart Chakra is out of balance, children may:
Struggle with jealousy and possessiveness
Feel withdrawn or disconnected from friends
Say or do unkind things
Find it hard to give or receive love freely
This workshop gives children tools to recognise jealousy, soothe it, and transform it into joy — through movement, music, and creative play.
