This course reveals how to transform the Wingmaster from wall decoration into a dynamic training tool by placing it in your hands and connecting it to the pulleys. Suddenly you have access to comprehensive upper body strengthening with both pulling and pushing variations. Stand up, move the bench aside, and the training expands even further - incorporating squats, stepping, and total body primal movements. Every spinal range of motion you know - arches, curls, side bends, spirals - gets reimagined for versatile application with clients ranging from rehabilitation cases to high-performance athletes.
The Wingmaster Course fulfills the GYROTONIC Trainer CEC (update) requirement for license renewal. Prerequisites: Current GYROTONIC Level 1 Trainer certification. If you're certified in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®, one Update Course in either method allows you to re-license in both.
