Please join us for my first time teaching in the southern Atlantic coast area. The Wingmaster is a brilliant but underutilized piece of GYROTONIC® equipment that often spends more time as wall decoration than in clients' hands. Most trainers use it for 6-10 exercises, primarily as an ergonomic replacement for the old straight pole. But have you ever wondered why there are eye hooks on the back of the Wingmaster? This course unlocks the answer. By putting the Wingmaster in your hands and connecting it to the pulleys, you'll discover extensive upper body strengthening options with both pulling and pushing movements. Even better - once you get the bench out of the way and stand up, the possibilities expand tremendously into active total body exercises incorporating primal movements like squats and stepping. All your favorite Gyrotonic movements are here - arches, curls, side bends, and spirals - but reimagined to make the Wingmaster an intrinsic part of your training for clients at every level, from rehabilitative work to advanced athletic conditioning.
The Wingmaster Course fulfills the GYROTONIC Trainer CEC (update) requirement for license renewal. Prerequisites: Current GYROTONIC Level 1 Trainer certification. If you're certified in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®, one Update Course in either method allows you to re-license in both.
The non-refundable deposit is $200.00 and you can sign up using the link below.
The course fee is $525.00 and is payable on the first day of the course.
