Welcome to the world of wine according to the Carleis'
We are excited to have father and son duo, Sergio (Carlei Green Vineyards) and David (Domaine Carlei G2 - 2nd generation) winemakers at Myrtle for a luncheon not to be missed!
You will be guided by the duo through a selection of each of their wines and look at influences that the cosmos has on each and the difference of winemaking techniques used.
A great chance to experience the transition of viniculture through two generations.
The wines will served alongside Head Chef Chris' specially curated menu - a mix of traditional and modern Italian dishes to pay homage to their different winemaking approaches.
