We invite you to an intimate farm-to-table evening on our historic farm estate, celebrating the flavors of spring.
Terra Tovela blends locally sourced ingredients across five thoughtfully crafted courses — from airy rosemary popovers and vibrant beet salad to orecchiette with rapini, chimichurri steak, and a light chocolate mousse to finish.
Each dish is intentionally paired with Alveare wines, chosen to highlight texture, balance, and nuance in every bite and sip.
