Join Chef's Table and MySOMM for an amazing five-course wine dinner as we welcome very special guest Claire Smith from Gregory James Wines. Claire grew up in Sonoma and will share the story of Gregory James Wines from her unique perspective.
Gregory James Wines, a Sonoma and Napa wine producer, specializes in single-varietal wines from some of the most historic and important vineyards in all of California. And its founder, Jim Demuth, has ties to Ohio including alum status with Ohio State University.
The dinner will feature 5 wines and 5 courses. There's also an add-on for the illustrious Beckstoffer Georges III Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley that will pair brilliantly with the cheese course.
