Elevate your wine knowledge and skills with the WINECRAFT Exclusive Wine Course.
This two-part program, created in collaboration with industry leader Maran Winery, is ideal for wine enthusiasts and beginner winemakers, offering both fundamental theory and practical winemaking.
Course options
Only Theory (10 Classes):
Learn about wine history, grape varieties, viticulture, winemaking techniques, and wine tasting. Enjoy expert-led sessions with tastings of over 30 quality wines over two months.
Duration: Two 120-minute classes per week, 10 classes
Language: English
Theory and Practice (Full Experience):
Get hands-on from grape selection to bottling your own wine.
Includes the Theory course.
You will get the chance to gain practical experience by having vineyard visits, participating in grape processing and fermentation management. You will choose your grape variety and we will help you to make your own 100 bottles of wine.
Timing: Runs from June to May, covering all winemaking phases.
