Pierre Dietrich is a natural wine pioneer best known for co-founding Pépin, a collaborative French négociant project rooted in small, organic, and biodynamic winegrowers. He grew up steeped in biodynamic viticulture at Domaine Achillee, where the family converted to organic farming in 1999 and embraced biodynamics in 2003. With his brother Jean, Pierre launched Pepin around 2020 as a way to support under-resourced growers and to make expressive, low-intervention wines more accessible. He will be joined by Maxime Guedou, Pépin's US Sales Ambassador.
