We are very excited to host a visit by Neil Simpson, owner of Triglav Imports, on his trip to St. Louis. His company is based in Milwaukee, and brings an eclectic portfolio of sustainable, organic, and biodynamic wines from small family farms, handcrafted by independent winemakers in Central and Eastern Europe. From that portfolio, we will taste five wines and learn more about indigenous grapes, winemakers from Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary and the Czech Republic, and hear how Neil got inspired to name his company after the
highest mountain peak in the Slovenian Alps. In addition to the five-wine flight, we will offer a generously filled grazing table with delicate charcuterie meats typical to that region, bites inspired by
that region, and some of Novella's favorite small plates. Featured wines will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle, and we will offer special discounts on take-out bottles.
