About this Event
Old world wines can feel traditional, but they are not standing still. This class explores how classic regions are experimenting with new grapes, fresh blends, and modern production techniques, and how those shifts show up in the glass.
We will look at how long established wine regions are rethinking what they grow and how they make it, from unexpected varietals to updated winemaking styles that challenge expectations while still honoring place.
Led by our Wine Director, Jazmin Mueller, Wine Quirks is all about making wine approachable and enjoyable. Each class focuses on a different theme, welcoming both beginners and longtime wine drinkers.
You will taste a lineup of wines while exploring how tradition and innovation come together, learning how to spot what is classic, what is changing, and what it means for what you are tasting. It is a relaxed, practical session with plenty of room for questions, conversation, and discovery.
