Each dish pays tribute to the diverse backgrounds of our kitchen staff, drawing inspiration from their home countries and provinces for a one-of-a-kind celebration of heritage, flavour, and creativity.
Each course will be expertly paired by Mark Anthony Wine Group, with selections thoughtfully chosen to elevate every bite.
