Calling all wine enthusiasts! Whether you’re a professional in the trade, a sommelier, or just passionate about wine, this event is for you! Join us on Monday, 18th November 2024, from 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM at the Hyatt Centric Dublin for an immersive and hands-on session.
The masterclass covers 14 key wine faults including cork taint, oxidation, and reduction, among others. The session combines both theory and tasting with the wines are being specially prepared by one of Europe’s leading wine labs offering a hands-on experience with actual wines that exhibit these faults.
The masterclass will be led by Sevgi Tuzel-Conghaile, who holds an MSc in Oenology & Viticulture and has extensive trainings in wine faults.
